Our certified tea master and tea blender visits tea estates and herbal farms yearly to inspect the crop and to get face time with the hands that produced them.  This helps ensure that we are buying the freshest ingredients available to us.

Our primary asset is our clients’ satisfaction.  We will help you market our teas by showing other ways to present them to your consumer. Recipes, initial training, and some tea sommelier services will be provided free of charge. We provide quick response time for issues and if necessary, a direct immediate access to our tea master. Our team also performs random stock quality check at your establishment and will offer to pull out and/or replace items we feel are no longer up to par with our quality requirements.
